Cancellation policy

At Rally Stand, we want you to feel confident when placing an order. This policy explains the purchase options available through our website and how order cancellations are handled.
1. Purchase Options
Rally Stand products are available for purchase through our online store at www.rallystand.com.
Product availability, pricing, and available purchase options are displayed on the applicable product page and during checkout.
Depending on the product, purchase options may include:
- Products currently available for purchase and shipment.
- Pre-order products, when specifically identified as such on the product page.
- Promotional or sale-priced products, when offered.
Before completing your purchase, please review the product description, price, availability, shipping information, and any applicable product-specific terms.
2. Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
An order confirmation confirms that we received your order and provides your order details. Orders remain subject to product availability and payment authorization.
If an order cannot be fulfilled as placed, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
3. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at connect@rallystand.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order has entered processing or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
If an order cannot be canceled because it has already entered processing or shipped, you may be eligible to return the product according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
4. Cancellation Refunds
If we are able to cancel your order before processing or shipment, we will issue a refund for the canceled order.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
5. Pre-Orders
Products identified as Pre-Order on their product page are not immediately available for shipment.
The applicable product page will provide any available information regarding the expected fulfillment or shipping timeframe.
If you purchase a pre-order product, please review the product page carefully before completing your purchase.
If you need to cancel a pre-order, contact us at connect@rallystand.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to the order's processing status.
6. Incorrect Orders or Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place an order, select the wrong product or quantity, or submit a duplicate order, contact us immediately at connect@rallystand.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct or cancel the order before it enters processing or ships.
Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
7. Orders We May Cancel
Rally Stand reserves the right to cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when:
- A product is no longer available.
- There is an obvious pricing or product-information error.
- Payment cannot be authorized or completed.
- We have reason to believe an order is fraudulent or unauthorized.
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address prevents fulfillment.
- A technical error affects the order.
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the canceled order.
8. Returns After Shipment
If your order has already shipped and cannot be canceled, eligible products may be returned according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
