Thank you for shopping with Rally Stand. We are committed to providing reliable shipping and keeping you informed throughout the delivery process.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Method
Rally Stand currently ships within the United States only using USPS Standard Shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Order size
- Delivery destination
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at connect@rallystand.com. While we will make every effort to update your address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Orders returned because of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
After an order has been accepted by USPS, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please first contact USPS using your tracking number. If additional assistance is needed, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@rallystand.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review your request promptly and work toward an appropriate resolution.
