Returns & Refund Policy

At Rally Stand, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include all original tags and original packaging.
- Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear or use.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Jewelry
- Tumblers and drinkware
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@rallystand.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the shipping packaging
After reviewing your request, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is the result of our error or as otherwise required by applicable law.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email connect@rallystand.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Photos, if applicable
Our customer support team typically responds within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If a replacement is available, we will gladly exchange the item at no additional cost.
