Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, shipment may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay with your order.

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may include:

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
If international shipping is offered, delivery times and shipping fees will vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
RallyStand is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, you may also contact us for support.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds will be issued according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3–7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
