At Rally Stand, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below before placing your order.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page when applicable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, or the incorrect item was sent, we are happy to offer an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 5–10 business days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or unreturned packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
